How to make
- Open the packet and add whole content in a bowl and approx. 300 ml of water and 1 tablespoon oil and mix well.
- Lastly, add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix well till batter becomes fluffy.
- Transfer batter in small to medium size greased tray containers.
- Steam for approx. 6 minutes at 100*c in a pre heat steamer.
- Let khaman cool after cooked well.
- Heat 50 ml oil, add some mustard seeds and garnish with coriander leaves and then serve
Note
- The packet contain oxygen absorber sachet for freshness, remove the packet before making the product (DO NOT EAT).
- Serves (after making)-500GM
- No use of Gram Flour
- Store the packet in cool and dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
- Do not consume if the packet is puffed or bad odour exist.
