Idli Flour

Step 1 :
Add 2 to 3 Tablespoons of oil, Three Cups (300 ml) of Water to 200 grams of Flour, Mix Well and Keep the Mixture aside for 5 Minutes. 

Step 2 : 
Next, To Make The Idli, Heat Water in a Cooker, Spread The Kheer on a Plate and Let it Cook on High Flame For 10 Minutes. Hot Idli is Ready. 

Step 3 :
Serve The Idli With Sambar and Green Chutney.
