Muthiya Flour

Step 1 :
First of all muthiya dhokla flour mix the vegetables according to taste in muthiya dhokala ate. mix milky, boiled rice, green onion and lemon juice as per taste in the flour stir the curry gently.

Step 2:
First, heat water in a cooker and mash it by hand. Press the mixture and let the muthiya dhokla steam.

Step 3:
Heat some oil in a pan and add white sesame seeds, neem, mustard Seeds and sprinkle green coriander on top. After this Serve hot dhokla with garlic chutney.

Whole Wheat Flour, Millet Flour, Gram Flour, Veg oil, Asafoetida, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Amchur, Sodium Bicarbonate(E500(ii)), lodized Salt, other Spices.
